technology your helpdesk staff will only require Browse and Read privileges to those eDirectory and NetWare File System Objects they are charged with maintaining. Further, each operation from creating a user to adding a home directory to changing disk space restrictions is logged in a secure audit log so you will know exactly what happened and who did it.
When you use one of our preconfigured Helpdesk applets or customize your own you reduce your training costs and security exposure.
